It will be difficult to write an honest review without appearing that I have a personal vendetta with the owner. Well, back to the glimmers of light. The menu is filled with classic French dishes, a nice wine list and the atmosphere makes you travel to messy Paris. But unfortunately, saving Pas d'art this time doesn't help. Many of the dishes are completely devoid of flair and flavor. The service is uneven and generally confused.
It is by no means hopeless for Pas d'art, find your way back to those rustic French flavors, lift the service and this can become a gem.
