I live in the area and would really love Minh Food. The food is fantastic and wonderful. But they need to work in the hospitality and service. At dinner the waitress forgets the second glass of wine, the carbonated water and tea. Everything on two guests during a dinner. Although the thesis never comes to our table it says on the Bill. At lunch, it's not much better. Already one o'clock is one of the three dishes out. An older man sitting squeezed behind his desk asking the waitress if he can get chopsticks. She stands 30 centimeters from the basket with them, looking blankly at him, saying "they are there" and go. Whereupon he may fail to take them yourself. If this was a real streetfood restaurant the entire response may be part of the charm, but not when you buy their lunch for a little over a hundred dollars. If Minh Food fixes the support they will be the best restaurant in the area-but only then.
