Le Bar is the more casual part of Le Rouge (located around the corner). Here is it's livelier mood and higher volume. With that said, I do not think the Brasserie is the least rigid, vice versa. But there are two different types of restaurants, I love both. At Le Bar, I ate at least one fantastic entrecote with some butter to which was cruelly good. Lovely venue and decor, awesome cocktails, delicious French food and good service, hard to ask for much more. Leaning towards that I raise the rating in the future after more visits.
