Mar 2015: I get that it's supposed to be genuine, charming, etc. But when it feels unruly, disgusting, etc., it has crossed the line, I think. Things can be genuine without being dirty, sticky, etc. The staff were nice but did bad at explaining the menu, where almost half of the dishes were also sold out. Tacon and the quesadillas were edible, but quite tasteless, nothing special to me.
