After various accolades and beautiful pictures on social media, it was finally time to test Kalf & Hansen.
The room is small and is occupied by a large idisk where all food is prepared. There they stood two owners and another staff and was very busy preparing lunch but so charming, service-minded and keen to tell their concept. That's how you get regulars and I'd gladly become it if I'm not too restless for just that.
I tend to get a little too excited about this kind of concept. It is my passion for food, environment and ecology that takes over. I managed to curb it pretty well but inside I did bakåtvolter and cheered.

You choose from the Nordic countries where Oslo is salad, Helsinki Soup, Copenhagen Smörrebröd (of course) and Stockholm with potatoes.
Then comes the choice on the type of Frikadeller. I brought meat but my company took Fiskfrikadeller and they also looked nice.
It is very food if you choose Oslo and the flavors are both savory, sour and sweet. I was satisfied with my right, it is not only beautiful but also good. I get a little extra happy when I know that the food I put in me is produced in the right way. The food served a really good little sticky bread that was also baked on site.
We already came at 10.30 and when it was lunch time it was queued out on the street so my tip is to come early or late.
I still regret that I didn't take a Reykjavik. The little sweet coconut balls looked magical but it may be the next time quite simply. For I will be guaranteed back!

Wow! Was on a spontaneous visit yesterday with my partner when we were looking for an organic / organic restaurant. So wow. Nice atmosphere, very good food and they even had a wine evening. If you go there, you have to try the pizza Södermalm - ie with an eco burrata ✌🏼
