Not my kind of place but they had their style! Unfortunately, I can not give more stars but they go all in with their concept and it's still fun I think. Here is nothing half-baked but hard rock café holds steady in its thing straight property chain. Been a while since I was there and is not the place I personally would choose to go back to because of the theme they have. But be absolutely nothing wrong with food or service, is very personal oriented only, guaranteed good place for other people.
I ate the ribs. They were sticky, juicy and good! Exciting décor and since we were a large company, it was still a good place where they were easy to order different dishes, the pre-order needed to be done but everyone got what they wanted. Big plus. Okay then!

I oscillate between two and three stars but feel nice in a strange way so was about to give three but the more I write the more I land on two and so it gets.
Hard Rock Café is a concept that should be the same all over the world, a bit like Starbucks but in a more burdust way. It's a shame that this is not the case in Sweden. It's hardly that I look up Hard Rock, but despite that, I've visited it in more countries than I'm going to admit.
I have a simple philosophy when it comes to children in restaurants: make sure the children get what they need quickly and the parents will stay longer and more money will come into the company. This applies to the places that are suitable for children. Parents who take children to places where children should not be are not only mean to the children but also to everyone else who has chosen to go there. It's a fingertip feeling that every parent should learn. Not sure? I can arrange a course. It's not that difficult.
Hard Rock is the kind of place where you can take kids. You get a children's kit with pens and paper and the children's menu is on its own paper. Then you can also expect some. It should not take over 45 minutes to get the children's food and then it should not take over 30 minutes to get two scoops of ice cream and then forget about the drink with the food. It's not enough to apologize for having two different menus for one evening and blablabla. I respectfully ignore that. If you can't handle it, skip one of these then. Easily.
So you guys are understaffed? Not my problem. I come to you to spend my money and deserve to leave the place satisfied. Now I left the place without my dessert which I did not have time to eat as everything took forever to get and which I still paid for. Satisfaction is far from my feeling and even if my company was the best one could have (yelpare is the best) I will never set foot here again. Good thing so many others will do it in my place. After all, it's a concept people seek out. If you want a piece of Stockholm, get in touch. Here you will find only a watered-down sinking ship kept afloat by overly passionate staff who should have protested long ago.
Suggestions for improvement: + Give staff a chance to show how good they are at service by not understaffing to make as much money as possible. + someone should call Hard Rock's headquarters and ask them to make an unannounced visit, Stockholm deserves better.
