Latest addition to the Family: Stockholm's restaurant company Impressed Me. Not intimidated by the location (right on the border between Stockholm city and Solna)-only a short walk or bus ride from St. Eriksplan.
This is about gathering around the food and sharing. I ate the following; Pizza blanco with mushrooms and truffles, chicken rotisserie with accessories in the form of baked gem lettuce, roasted anjapotatis, baked pumpkin, roasted salad with tomato, paprika and onions and aioli, salsa verde and Sky to. The icing on the cake ended the meal with a fantastic dessert completely in my taste: baked chocolate, chocolate, mjukkaramell, hazelnuts, caramel and baked olivkrutonger. To this I drank a lemonade that tasted of lime/lemon with mint that slender down fast!
Despite quite heavy dishes tasted everything incredibly fresh and well-cooked, the feeling of not wanting to stop eating Infan definitely.
Had recommended this place for a spontaneous dinner in simpler form, perfect for family and FRIENDS.
