Finally tried Främmat the other day after wanting to go there for a long time. I didn't really have any great expectations since I had heard very mixed opinions.
The venue itself is not very fun, down in a basement, and it should be a bit south unpretentious "we have not made an effort" style, which absolutely works, especially this time of year. We got a cozy table in a corner. The service was really 10/10. He had a firm grasp of the situation, knew everything about the food and drink, good recommendations, attentive. Incredibly. Those of you who have read previous reviews know that service is very important to me. To the food then, the original concept of medium dishes sun you straddle should share. We brought in two different snacks. Oysters with leche de Tigre and deep-fried chicken skin with trout roe. The oysters were ok and the skin was magical! Delicious indeed. Then came in a carpaccio of cod with crushed avocado, chili oil, grapes and jalapeno. Incredibly tasty! A dish completely to my taste, a little heat, sour and a little sweet. After that came grilled langoustine, pickled radish, shiitake mushrooms and a good sauce followed by steak tartare which was not the best we had eaten but good. Sole with blood orange and langoustine sauce, delicious! The last course was a pasta with octopus ragout. Also very tasty. Unfortunately we didn't have room in our stomachs for any dessert, so it will have to be on the next visit because I will definitely come back here.
