When they're said. What a tasting menu, wow! Have long wanted to visit Farang then I heard extremely well about it, when I asked specifically about the best right, everyone has said "the pig!" And as you can see, I'm also on that train! Looking forward to the visit and was not disappointed.
When you get in, you're met by a bar, which I didn't actually know they had, it was pretty small but cozy. Then comes the restaurant that is soooy much bigger than I expected, damn which room, With open kitchen and low lighting. Super nice. However, a little too dark to be able to properly see all the hors that later came in.
We started with a drinking that was really fresh and tasty. For the food It was then a bottle of bubbly, be good.
We took the classic tasting menu with 8 dishes + jasmine rice. The rice was filled all the time before it ended completely during the evening. Although all the food was super good and good in the flavors, it was a bit varied in the grades.
Hot smoked rainbow with rum - really good and fresh to start the evening with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Vietnamese sashimi - good and fresh flavors with a little sting ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Soft Shell grab with mango salad - love everything that's crunchy and this went home. Although it wasn't as memorable tastes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
Crispy pig with palm caramel - The best dish I've ever eaten. The meat just fell apart while it had the crispiest surface ever and a taste explosion if not can be described. (If they had this as little picking in the bar, you would have found me there every week!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++
Rotibread with yellow curry - among the dullest bread I've eaten? Dry and boring and not at all in my taste. The curry tasted super good, but nothing special. Mine's just as good it. No doesn't understand what happened here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tofu with watercress and pie chio - all the crimson you can see in the picture was really delicious with Lots of tastes and freshness. However, I couldn't get down a piece of tofu. I can eat tofu sometimes with just silk ytofu that was served did not go down. A slimy texture that didn't fall into me in taste at all. ⭐️⭐️
Oxcheek ( with chili broth? Where was it - and bean sprouts - the meat itself and all the crimson hugged tasted good and had interesting flavors. However, it felt sad that the yellow curry was served again. At least tasted exactly the same thing and had expected something else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Coconut ice cream with chocolate and whipped coconut - perfectly okay, but looked taser than it tasted. Was an odd texture on the ice cream but tasted good. Okay, then. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service was in high class when they picked up and left the food and drink, and they also told us about every dish that came in. However, it would have been nice if you heard what they told us, which unfortunately we did not do because it was an extremely loud noise level. We in the company also needed to talk out loud to hear each other. Which pulls down a little bit. But all in all, it was a nice, good, exciting and varied tasting menu recommended. Worth every penny!

Yesterday, we were once more on Farang, one of my favorites. Plays almost no role which dishes to order, all are excellent. It's the Asian flavors, with sting but not too strong. My 2 favorites are definitely the crispy pig and the crying tiger. You may also always in a "greeting from the kitchen" as a small appetizer. The portions are generous and it's nice to bring in more and share. The menus are a little too big according to my opinion. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, the room large and betongig but here too, they have managed to get to a comfortable feeling.

Very nice place. One of my favorites. Every time I am here it is wonderfully good. The leaves that you order as snacks are all completely magical, doesn't matter which one you order, all are cruel. Crispy pig takes, I take every time for it is completely magical. Everything you order is cruelly good. I ate a cheek once that was incredibly good. The drinks are magical, there is one with Litchi that is superb.
The venue is really cool and magnificent. The first part where you come in is a bar where it is always mkt Fok. Once inside the dining room it is a large room that is neat and modern decorated with dark lighting. However, it is lighting over the tables. A small minus is that it is likely loud, but are you prepared for it and if you are in a little more festive mood it is no problem! :)
