It all began in the city of Karlstad in Värmland, where the team behind Dirty Taco first began experimenting with that popular classic and Friday favourite - the taco. Taking inspiration from Youtube and Netflix, they created their own fusion tacos with flavours from all over the world. You can now find them at several spots in Stockholm, including Rörstrandsgatan.
Fusion tacos with flavours from all over the world - that's Dirty Taco. When they first started experimenting, they were so pleased with the results that they wanted to share them with everyone. Since then, they've made countless tacos. Some are still on the menu today, others not, but they continue to experiment and create new combinations in their kitchens. Something that's a constant, however, is their formula of combining carefully selected ingredients with exciting flavour combinations to create a menu with meat, fish and shellfish as well as vegetarian and vegan tacos. The menu also includes sides such as nachos, French fries and homemade sauces.
Dirty Taco may have their roots in Värmland, but it was in Stockholm that they opened their first restaurants. Their Vasastan eatery is in light, airy premises over two floors next to Rörstrands slott. Large windows provide views over the buzzy streets of Rörstrandsgatan and they serve oodles of tacos in delightful surroundings with wooden bentwood chairs, round tables and a relaxing colour palette.
The team behind the restaurants believe their tacos aren't just tacos, they're street food made with a big dose of love and top quality ingredients. Creativity and curiosity are their driving forces, together with pride in what they do and the pursuit of excellence.

Beställde via Foodora men måste ändå ge det en 4:a, otroligt goda tacos! Minns inte senast jag åt en riktigt bra taco som jag inte lagat själv. Torsken var otrolig! Mycket smak, tycker just fish taco kan vara lite smaklöst. Dirty pig var också riktigt bra.

Dirty taco är absolut värt att testa, men ingen wow-upplevelse. Bästa tacon: dirty pig med konfiterad värmländsk gris. Tacon med friterad kyckling var en besvikelse - den var torr och kycklingen kändes som att den inte var nyfriterad utan att den stått ett tag inn...
