Known internationally for the Nobel Banquet. Large rooms for parties and mingling. A trip up the tower is recommended (many steps and quite narrow at times).
I've only been inside the town hall at various events. Very beautiful and magnificent. In the different rooms there are amazing architectures, wall art and various things to see. But even if you don't feel like going in, it's really cozy to take a walk with coffee or ice cream in your hand and sit in the little "park" outside by the water and look out over beautiful Stockholm. The view from the town hall is absolutely wonderful.
