CATASTROPHE! Yes, that's how you can summarize visits and the place. Have heard so much good and have long wanted to go here. I guess they had a disaster day themselves but these are the top 3 worst visits I've been to. Was there in March and it was a sunny day and a lot of people. We were promised a table but they forgot about us at first. Then when we go to order, I take a poke bowl with tuna and my company a Ceasar salad with chicken. They forgot our drinks and We wait for over an hour and a quarter for the food?! And during this time we begin to look at others and almost no one had received any food. That food that was wrong to 90% of the people I heard around. Someone had ordered Levin bread and got two small toast sandwiches? The soups were cold and the dishes were wrong. When we told you to, we got the food but not ONE ingredient was right in my bowl. The tuna looked drier like a man buys in a can and smelled and looked like cat food. Ugh! Grumpy and hungry, I sent the food back and asked for a Caesar salad instead. And yes.. we both got salad and ceasar dressing but we got completely different parts of a chicken and different stuff of the other ingredients on the plate. Uneven sizes and terribly disappointed. The staff treated us differently. Some were nice. Others were extremely rude, but can guess that they had begun to tire of the complaints that came from everyone. Went in and peeked and the kitchen is open and was completely chaos there. Unfortunately, do not have much positive from this visit.
