Very nice and clean where the service and food are in focus. However, I am not FULLY sold and may find that the menu, by now, is quite boring and it is nothing that directly stands out from the crowd (to mention how expensive some of the things are)... However, it tastes good and you notice that there is a lot of heart behind the food and coffee. So it compensates for a small part of the amount you have to pay for the party. To think about in the future coffee plant: bread and butter/oil in the side of the salad, then you are at home!
I and a bunch of friends ordered two salads and tasted, a classic Caesar salad (129KR) and a shrimp salad (145KR). For the measly difference I have to say that Caesar salad was too stingy. There were some measly chicken pieces and it was almost half as much salad as in the shrimp salad, where they also had bombed on with shrimp. This stuff makes me unnecessarily annoyed and I absolutely buy that it is not exactly the same salad base for the different dishes, but it is excitable if two order "the same type of food" and it looks like this. Otherwise, there was nothing wrong with the flavors. Actually very nice, balanced and and an extra pluss in the edge of the pickled cucumber in the shrimp salad that contributed a good acid to the shrimp, avocados and eggs. Something I will try to emulate in the future!
I really like the room and fits in all situations-for food, coffee, plug, date, Mys. You name it. You sit high as low and the tables are placed in such a way that you get a bit of your own space, which is a factor I place great emphasis on when to take a coffee or study. However, it is not of the coziest battle, but it works. Another thing that compensates for the overall impression is their outdoor terrace, which is the bell a warm autumn day when the sun bask on the sun wall, then not much more than their latte and good company.
Not the best and not the worst but when Mellqvist is across the street it becomes a bit like choosing between sugar or stevia when to bake a sponge cake. The coffee plant is like stevia... You extinguish the urge but you will not be completely satisfied!

Hit går man för frukost hela dagen. Menyn är kort och simpel, men finns något för alla. Surdegsbrödet är smarrigt och de serverar olika typer av mackor. I disken säljer de bakverk som alla ser väldigt goda ut. Testade bananbrödet som var gott och semlan som tyvärr får minus 3 poäng, apelsin/aprikossmakande mandelmassan drar ner upplevelsen totalt.
Frukostmackorna är enkla men goda. Tog idag en scrambled egg macka med avokado, smakade helt okej men tyvärr WELL DONE äggröra.. Lite ocerpriced gröt/youghurt så har därmed ännu inte testat de😬 Allt som allt väldigt mysigt och frukost maten okej ⭐️⭐️⭐️
