Hur traditionsenligt det är att äta våfflor med chillimayo, det vet jag inte. Men detta stället är mycket mer än svensk tradition och kanelbullar, bryggkaffe, klassiskt sötade våfflor, grädde, drottningssylt. Det är högst modernt med diverse veganska alternativ, spännande och innovativa maträtter och möbler som ser ut vara skänkta från alla våra förfäders tid. Jag menar second-hand är ju superhett och allting inne i lokalen känns lite som ett ihopplock, men på ett charmigt och kockrent sätt.

Här äter man främst våfflor, både söta och matiga, och gränsen för vad som är "vuxenmat" och "barnmat" suddas ut och liksom med möblerna så finns det inga riktiga "regler" här inne för hur saker ska vara, man bara är.

Supertrevlig personal hälsade oss välkomna så fort vi kom in, tipsade om sina favoriter och gjorde det fruktansvärt svårt för oss att välja. Denna gången prövade vi våfflorna RUBEN och HALLOUMI, och wow. Helt perfekt gräddade, frasiga, gyllenbruna och väckte många fina barndomsminnen till liv. I min var även halloumin perfekt stekt, avokadon var fräsch och chillimayon som låg på toppen var en trevlig smakförhöjare. Mycket roligare med en våffla än att äta en vanlig avokadomacka och kommer bli en ny favorit på brunchbuffén.

Till nästa gång kommer jag pröva en sötad våffla, troligtvis deras APPLE PIE då vår bordsgranne fick sätta tänderna i den och såg helt gudomlig ut, doftade likaså.

At last I have been on beloved traditions! I was just as saved as I hoped. We came here a quite stressful Saturday. It was a lot of people so the outdoor terrace was full. I don't go in a dream world and think this popular, Ultimate weekend lunch place should be free of people a Saturday. They said nicely to the checkout that it would take about 20min with the food. Quite okay, I think if you say to! So I can take that decision myself, otherwise I will just sit and peek at the clock. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There is a lot to choose from so we chose to take two hearty and a sweet waffle (we were 3 people) we decided quite directly when the food came to order yet another matig waffle.
We took Skagen as enchanting amazing! I'm already dying to eat it again. And Maple Joe! We were all about agreeing that it was MAGICAL!

Good coffee served in cups and really good juice/juice where rhubarb really tastes like rhubarb. Nicely jacó cakes and do you like shakes? Then you go here, atleast for the look, I've actually not tested anyone yet. But their "Swedish coffee" topped with a cinnamon bun – Hello!
