Totally okay store that wants to allude to "Say yes to the dress" and the truly American experience of trying on wedding dress. There were some nice ones but the one who helped me didn't really listen to what I wanted but tried to push me in the other direction. Ended up finding my dream dress somewhere else!

Wedding dresses in different models and fabrics! However, I thought the place would be better. Especially considering the location, I thought they would have better range and much better service.
When sister was getting married, we visited the place. Had booked an appointment as you should (But they also have chicks who come on drop in). Felt like the person who helped us/ sister didn't really listen but gave her several different dresses and when she said they didn't feel right we got the answer, "but now you've tried a lot of different kinds of dresses, you can't test them all". And to them I have to say , "JO!" A chick's going to try on dresses until she finds the right one. In the end, the atmosphere just got weird because she wanted them ready and sold, like, they felt like. And wanted you to make up your mind right away. It was just a stressful moment. I was very annoyed with her.
Since I have worked a little with wedding dresses and accessories such as veils, tiares and ribbons, I know a little what fits together. They were another woman there who was a drop-in customer and she got zero help from the staff! Absolutely understand that you should make an appointment if you want 100% help, which we wanted. But think you can have a person in the store who helps everyone else with tips and advice, and actually in such cases can tell them to make an appointment if there are many moments one needs help with.
I tried to help her a little on the side when she asked for my help when she heard I had some control. Don't be much. She wondered what veil matched her dress, how to put it on her head, whether a ribbon should be put at the waist and if a piece of jewelry was needed in her hair. She just wanted to pitch ideas with someone and after that she was really grateful for my help. Since I love everything about the wedding fix, I was happy to help! But should be the job of the staff... as I said, poor customer service at all levels.
