Look, the amount of Danish rye bread toasts with a 60 degree eggs on top I ate in Pascals is definitely a three-digit-number, so it would be odd if I gave it anything below 5 stars. When I chose options for relocation in Europe, this toast was literally in the list of 'pros' for Stockholm. And Stockholm won (and Pascal it seems won as well).
However, if for some reason you don't eat eggs, avocado or rye bread, try croissants with jamon/cheese and egg salad - those are delicious as well. Oh, I forgot you don't eat egg.
All coffees are great, regardless of the brewing option you prefer. In summer, try an espresso tonic or a bumblebee (replace tonic with orange fresh).
The pastries are quite good, although I wouldn't call them best in town (but still a 9/10).
However - avoid rush hours unless you're taking your coffee and food away, it's so crowded that some people get uncomfortable.
I really hope that you read this last sentence from your mobile and you're already on your way to Pascal.

The food is excellent for a bar, or very good for a haute-cuisine restaurant. And for a price comparable to much less pretentious places.
Cocktails - most are worth at least a second try (some are worth a twenty-second). Try their very own 'beets' if you want something not too sweet and veggy to flush your dinner. Or stop by during Negroni week and indulge yourself in a variety of creative and awesome Negronis.
For a place with such enormous human traffic all week long, I'd say it's perfect. Should it be 10 times less crowded, the hospitality, coziness and service would probably yield an overall 4 (not because they're bad, just not top-notch), but overall, the popularity doesn't affect the quality of service much, which is so worth the credit.
