Booked an appointment and paid a down payment. The tattoo artist contacted me o said that they canceled my appointment due to illness then I asked for a refund of the down payment but they refuse, instead they are rude and cocky. They offer gift cards for the amount that I will then sell.
I have reported to ARN, talked to a lawyer and the Swedish Enforcement Authority. Everyone says that if they have broken the agreement, the money should be refunded.
The manager just called me o va cocky that they never repaid before.
