I was in Visby myself in September and had booked a table here. Have eaten at Surfers in Stockholm and love it so knew a little what to expect.
When I arrived, I got a nice table inside - but the atmosphere was quite festive and it was noisy - which is usually nice. But I was by myself, wanted to sit and philosophize a little - maybe read a book or work a little. I asked if I could sit outside and they said that they didn't usually recommend it, because the food got cold quickly - but that they absolutely fixed it!
So the waiter carried out blankets and set the table for me on the outdoor terrace where I sat all by myself. I ordered a super tasty drink and then the waiter sat down with me and went through the menu. We discussed a few different options and he came up with tips. Surfer's whole concept is to share the dishes. He thought I kind of "ruined" their concept by coming themselves - haha! So he arranged half dishes for me so I could taste more things. Service at an incredibly high level which made my experience amazing!
Rarely it's the service that makes a difference in that way but it certainly did here! And the food was amazing as always! Go here!

SÅ GOTT! Vi började med varsin cocktail, jag tog något med chili som än tillhör en av de godaste drinkarna jag druckit någonsin. Sen delade vi på 5 rätter med ris till - och här måste jag säga att jag upplevde en matexplosion. Fantastiskt goda smaker!
Enda minus från besöket var att vi fick en okunnig och professionell servitör till kvällen, men han verkade vara ett undantag av mängden.
