Otroligt dåligt bemötande. Inget kundfokus alls och ett förhållningssätt som inte har med kundservice att göra. Oerhört besviken på Hagabadet Älvstranden!
Lousy company that promises a lot, keeps nothing and that behaves extremely irresponsibly in Corona times. At the beginning of Covid, we members were informed of tougher restrictions and that you were not allowed to be there at the slightest sign of a cold. That's why I went and told the staff at the reception on Älvstranden when there were two super cold people sitting and snorting, snorting and coughing in the infrared sauna. The answer was: "oops, then you should preferably not be here". The sick people were not even contacted. The staff went into hiding. In October, we received an email that Hagabadet is rejecting sick people from the classes. However, they did NOT do this when a man who was there (as a one-day guest) was super cold, he snorted and coughed the whole session, he coughed into the bolster and poked his nose. (Yes, it was certainly at the extreme level). The instructor just looked uncomfortable. Nothing was said or done. The man remained the entire pass. I emailed Hagabadet about this on October 30th at 12:51. I still haven't gotten a response.
So I really have not received any response from Hagabadet when I emailed them to point out their shortcomings in letting sick people be on the passports and risk infecting others. I have also not (despite countless emails to Hagabadet Älvstranden (the first on the 24th of Nov) where they replied that "I will find your email and return") received any feedback on this in connection with me canceling my membership. Nothing at all. This must be one of the most rogue companies in Gothenburg. On instagram, they post frantically and keep everyone updated on how "faaaantastic" their members think they are, but in reality they completely ignore both keeping what they promise when signing up, and the safety of the members. When I was recruited, my friend would get a treatment as a thank you. She did not get this, despite the fact that I reminded Hagabadet Älvstranden on several occasions. As soon as you have signed the contract, you are treated like air by the staff. As soon as I started, for example, you would get to meet a PT for 2 times, this was nothing with as I had to ask and ask different people who worked there until there was someone who figured out who to talk to and what it was that even mattered. Even there, one felt unwelcome, in the way and sort of cheated.
The fact that there has been a lack of service and follow-up of new members and that they do not fulfill what they promise when you lure you into membership is one thing, but how they handle sick participants on shifts just because they paid and are not members who are tied up is shameful. They infect no less because they paid a one-time fee. That they totally ignore criticism and questions about this is completely insane. I certainly don't advise anyone to become a member here.
