Got a table for the evening's later style and when I and my company släntrade submitted we 21-time, a Friday night, the restaurant was just right full. Mysfaktorn is high here, although the decor didn't quite fall me in the taste, in full. But I forgot pretty quick, when we were placed at the cosiest little second-placed throughout the venue, right in front of the bar. Here we sat a bit more private, without being screened, and had good eye on the well-stocked bar, with all the exciting wines and grappa varieties. In addition, we were able to sit right and privacy check out the rest of the guests and their orders, when they came to the table.
We started with Stregas egenimporterade chark-tray, with everything from really good sausages, Mortadella and absolutely wonderful olives. To it we tried only one of roséer the place of naturvins-style, but when we are more curious than impressed by the very nature of the wines, we then went into a really good and dry Prosecco, which was perfect for the salty meat.
We got a fantastic good location passionately enthusiastic owner Andrea, who talked at length about everything from grape varieties, the secret behind the all sensational tasty and salviadoftande the risotto. Then we chose a main course from the hand-written menu, but still had the election qualifier, so we were offered to get rights divided, so that we both could get a half-right of each. Success! The homemade pasta with ridiculously good King crab, was brilliant to start with, when we still had bubble left in the glass.
To the risotto with salviasmör and pieces of stunsig walleye fillet, we received a bottle of white which consisted of a blend of Riesling and another small grape, which I unfortunately no longer remember the name of. Anyway, the wine's acid tones, together with risottons smörighet was outstanding.
Finally rounded off with an espresso and gelato, with a taste of condensed milk.
The impression of the visit was that we were visiting at the home of Andrea and his wife, and all that came out from the kitchen, was something that they would invite her best friends and family. Relaxed atmosphere with pleasant noise level and care about the details. The neatly rolled up small towels in the restroom, the choserna kind enough and the amazing delicious food, makes this line is really strong.
