As part of the flagship hotel, Radisson Blu Scandinavia, Noot Nordik Kitchen makes a delightful watering hole for hotel guests and Gothenburgers alike. As the name suggests, Nordic flavours dominate the menu, seasoned with plenty of character.
On weekdays they serve a lunch menu with options for both meat eaters and vegetarians and, when evening arrives, you can choose from the à la carte menu offering a wide range of seasonal dishes for all tastes. They also boast a separate menu just for Noot's three signature dishes: bleak roe from Kalix, prawn sandwiches and wild boar meatballs. If you'd rather just have something good to drink and a quick bite to eat, take a pew in the bar and order some pork scratchings, cheese or bleak roe from the bar menu.
