A fine dining restaurant with class. Tasty menus and well matched wines. Perhaps that little extra is missing, in order for it to get full marks from me.
Calm, pleasant environment, without being the least bit rigid. We were here on a Wednesday and since it is a star restaurant, they were a little afraid that it would be empty, but there were a lot of people, although not completely crowded.

In terms of food, there are tasting menus of 3, 5 or 7 dishes to choose from. There is no difference in the menus beyond the number of dishes. Must say that the prices are very humane with 495, 695 and 895 kr. Could it be Sweden's cheapest star restaurant? If you exclude Matbaren, which is no more of a mid-range restaurant rather than luxury. Even if one chooses the largest menu. Being able to eat for 495 at a star restaurant is really generous and something that anyone who has not eaten star restaurant before should do.
Why will it be a strong four and not full pot then? Of the seven dishes (+ two appetizers and bread), basically everything was very tasty. But I missed that last little extra, the icing on the cake, that you expect when you go to a place like this. Maybe next time! I'll be happy to come back.
