Booked an appointment by bookingdirectly at 10 am today to fix the lashes when I will travel abroad . I va in time stood outside 5 minutes before . There was another customer and we stood and wait then a girl comes and excuses herself that she is late to the other customer and then it was about ten past ten . I go in , she asks me if I have an appointment booked in English , I show the booking confirmation she asks me to sit down wait she would call the girl that I booked with , the girl starts working with her customer I sit another 10 min and I go forward asking her what happens wondering if she got hold of the girl then she tells me that there is nothing she can do anything about this , she tries to call again and no answer . So I ask what do you think she will today , the sad answer I got huh that it is stuff that happens and I get to go from there . No service feeling at all there in that place.

Värsta jag har varit med om, jag kom i tid till min bokning men ingen var där. Jag ringde och ingen svarade, frisören/ägaren kom senare och när han klippte mitt hår kammade han bak allt och klippte det rakt sen var han klar. Var tvungen att säga att jag tyckte topparna var ojämna, han fixade till det men är fortfarande inte så som jag ville ha det. Dessutom tvättade han mitt hår med killschampoo
