In 2016, the Old School BBQ launched with a unique concept: a mobile kitchen housed in a 1982 Bluebird International American school bus from Arizona. Converted into a fully functional kitchen, it quickly gained popularity trading from a local pub car park in Failsworth. Now permanently parked at a wild-themed indoor restaurant, it offers a fully stocked bar, live weekend music, and a kid's playground. They also serve a Northern-inspired flavoured moonshine, which is available only here.
