Greens in Didsbury was a Manchester mainstay of vegetarian dining for more than thirty years, but the original location closed suddenly in 2024. Chef Simon Rimmer continues his work at Greens sibling in Sale, offering an internationally-inspired menu of small and large plates, all of them vegetarian or vegan. In addition to the main dining area and outdoor terrace, Greens Sale boasts a seasonal rooftop bar. There's a relaxed, shabby-chic ambiance throughout.
