Yum Bug Restaurant

Yum Bug is a brand revolutionising dining by using insect-based foodstuffs in its dishes, particularly edible crickets, as they believe them to be the ingredient of the future. Adventurous diners can find delicious bugs throughout the menu, for example cricket mince & pomegranate flatbreads, cricket kofte, or simply whole roasted crickets to snack on. The Yum Bug Restaurant was inspired by the sell-out success of the brand's pop-ups and features guest chefs in addition to the regular kitchen team. The venue is minimalist and industrial.
