Beginning life in 2015 as a supper club, The Water House Project now has a permanent site in Bethnal Green. Billed as a social dining experience, the restaurant offers a 6 course set lunch or 9 course dinner that changes monthly. Each course is paired with specially selected low intervention wines or non-alcoholic alternatives on the diner’s journey through contemporary British cooking.
