Former Nobu chef Scott Hallsworth relaunched the permanent site of his successful pop-up in a cosy venue in Fulham. The restaurant serves the chef's take on pan-Asian cuisine, drawing on and combining various culinary legacies in inventive dishes such as his classic salmon sashimi pizza with truffle ponzu, or black cod tacos with scorched red chilli salsa.
