The Counter Soho

The Counter is a contemporary chef-driven restaurant and bar with a focus on open-fire charcoal grilling, drawing inspiration from South Eastern Anatolia and Balkan cultural heritage. They source the best artisans for their craft and bring their techniques to the restaurant's menu, which is product-oriented and seasonal. Dishes are cooked on the open-fire charcoal grill using various grilling methods from the Middle East. The kitchen is located in the middle of an open counter where guests are welcome to gather and socialise.
