A New York transplant, the first Sushi on Jones outside of the US resides in the Goods Way complex in King's Cross. As you can imagine, it mainly serves sushi – a concise selection of expertly made rolls, along with a few specialties utilising wagyu and a curated list of sake and Japanese whisky. It's probably most famous for its omakase experience, however, where the chef guides you through multiple courses of Japanese delicacies.
