Paro is the first solo undertaking by Niaz Caan, a talented, award-winning chef whose credentials include being the executive chef at the famed City Spice in Brick Lane. Fitted with large windows and botanical relief artwork, the restaurant is billed as a love letter to Calcutta and serves a range of Indian small plates and sharers. It's located next to The Lyceum Theatre in the heart of Covent Garden.
