La Pepia started on Brick Lane in 2016 and has since expanded to the iconic Borough Market and Maltby Street Market. They're the pioneers of the Rainbow Arepa, made with gluten-free corn buns and blended with spinach and beetroot, giving them their unique colour. They're famous for their signature cheese blankets, which is essentially a blanket of cheddar melted over an arepa of your choice.
