Hally's, established in June 2013 by Anna Halliday, brings a Cali-inspired, innovative dining experience to Parson's Green. Inspired by a California road trip, Anna discovered the Golden State's focus on fresh, well-sourced ingredients and bold flavours, which she wanted to bring back to the UK, resulting in her leaving her advertising job to open Hally's. The restaurant, set in a former cocktail bar that had been derelict for some time, is all about Californian beach house vibes, with reclaimed wooden floors, pastel chairs and bright neon signs. Hally's serves a seasonal menu featuring daily changing salads, homemade cakes, and Californian classics like juicy burgers.
