Covent Garden is the original location of the izakaya-style Flesh & Buns that now operates several venues in the capital. The chic Japanese bar and eatery specialises in small plates, ready for sharing and featuring Asian classics such as maki rolls, fried wings, rice bowls and the eponymous steamed buns with different fillings (“flesh”). They also offer an omakase experience, tasting menus, Sunday brunch and a lot of different sake.
