Din Tai Fung Selfridges

The globally renowned Din Tai Fung brings its meticulously crafted dumplings to the fourth floor of the Selfridges department store - as well as, er, robot waiter assistants. The xiaolongbao dumplings are regularly hailed as the best in the world and come with various fillings, including the classic pork version. As per the restaurant’s standards, the paper-thin wrapping of each dumpling has exactly 18 delicate folds, and the freshly made pockets of flavour arrive at your table still steaming.
