Located in the Blue Mountain School, a venue “dedicated to nurturing engagements and interactions between diverse practices”, Cycene is a new restaurant by chef Theo Clench (Trinity, Akoko ...). Featuring two intimate dining areas, the eatery also encompasses a cocktail bar downstairs. The restaurant serves a seasonal tasting menu with Asian influences on bespoke porcelain tableware for dinner, with limited seatings. In 2023, less than six months after opening, Cycene received its first Michelin star.
