Chungdam is a sleek, modern Korean BBQ spot in Soho with its own private karaoke room for hire. Using traditional techniques, the kitchen prepares prime meat cuts for a bit of interactive BBQ entertainment, as well as other Korean specialities such as seafood pancake or glass noodles. You can also order the Pyeonbaek steam box, a rarity in these parts. Thanks to the special Hinoki wood the three-tiered box is made of, the food steamed within is imbued with a unique flavour.
