Big playground in Bloomsbury

Take the kids to Coram's Fields, where they can work off some energy at a seven acre playground. This playground has been open since 1936 and is available to anyone aged under 16. Hackney Bumps

Get skating

Kids who are into skating will enjoy a visit to Hackney Bumps. This outdoor skatepark in Clapton was built in 1986 and is open all year round. It's now maintained by volunteers. It's made up of bumps with no rails or ledges, and is a great place to practice. Skating lessons for kids are also on offer here.

Kids who enjoy the Harry Potter films will appreciate a trip to House of MinaLima. This award-winning gallery in Soho comes from the design studio behind all the graphic props from the film series.
