Saltine

The team behind the Fink's coffee shops also runs this all-day restaurant in Highbury. Serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and other such light fare during the day, Saltine also offers up a more formal dinner menu featuring seasonal produce and farm-to-kitchen principles. Expect dishes such as cured bream with fennel seed saltine, or pigeon, corn, miso butter and hazelnuts, all complemented by low-intervention wines and cocktails. The restaurant is helmed by experienced chef Phil Wood and encompasses both a front bar and a conservatory-style dining room in the back.
