The titular Romeo and Juliet in this case are a Romanian couple who were so inspired by their time living in Verona and their love of Italian gelato that they moved to the UK and opened their dream ice cream parlour in Stokey. Making rich, creamy gelato according to an artisan Roman recipe, they serve a selection of classic flavours such as tiramisu, salted caramel, and strawberry sorbet.
