There's a banging new weekend brunch in Victoria

There's a new brunch on the scene in Victoria at TH@51, and it draws inspiration from cuisines and flavours around the world with a two-course, three-course and bottomless option.

Launching with an Elementals theme, the dishes are centred around the earth's biomes: Air, Water, Earth, and Fire. The menu features a selection of nibbles, brunch specials, and signatures, like the Welsh Rack of Lamb, as well as egg dishes and desserts, such as the Honey Nut Crunch Tart. The specials will regularly change to keep the menu fresh and there will be free-flowing bellinis, or if you're a beer drinker, bottomless Cobras, which can be enjoyed for 90 minutes.

Expect the likes of a super colourful and nourishing Breezy Acai Bowl; Waff N Rash Butty, a waffle loaded with crispy rashers and fried eggs; Lava Stone Grilled Cornfed Chicken served up with truffle butter, fondant potato, carrot puree and charred spring onion, and Pain Perdu, a Traditional French toast with Baileys créme anglaise, berries and jam.

With an iconic glass conservatory and sunny courtyard, TH@51's dreamy setting is the perfect spot to kick-start the weekend.

TH@51 weekend brunch menu includes two Courses for £35 or with bottomless for £50, or three Courses for £45, with bottomless for £60.

Weekend brunch is available to book from 20th April and every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30 pm-4.00 pm.
