The winner of The Best Burger In The UK has been crowned

It's no secret that London's burger scene is booming, from patty-in-bun classics to innovative and sometimes downright wild creations.

So, it also probably comes as no surprise that the UK's best burger has just been crowned, and it's in.. drumroll please… London. Bleecker Burger has stolen the crown this year, which isn't really surprising since it regularly makes it into articles listing the best burgers in London (including ours).

Bleecker Burger's signature burger, the Bacon Double with double grass-fed dry-aged beef, double American cheese, onion, bacon and house sauce, is what nabbed them the top spot at the National Burger Awards, the second time they've won it, having previously secured the award back in 2020.

These juicy, succulent burgers are inspired by the classic kind found in New York City. They're crafted with high-quality, grass-fed beef from British suppliers, so they're fed a natural diet where they forage and graze for themselves. The beef is well looked after at every stage of the supply chain, and once they leave the farm, the meat arrives at their butcher, where it's then aged on the bone for 25-40 days, drawing out moisture and leaving behind a more beefy flavour. Oh, and they're cooked medium-rare, so they're still baby pink in the middle.

It doesn't stop there; even the bun has been created especially for the burger. After trying hundreds of burger buns, owner Zan set his sights on a Malaysian bakery that now bakes their buns fresh daily.

Burgers from Mollies Motel & Diner (not in London) and Black Bear Burger came second and third.
