Here's where to eat and drink at fancy new foodie hotel Raffles London

It's been a long time coming, but the prestigious Raffles London at The OWO is finally opening its doors on Friday, 29 September. Situated in the Grade II listed Old War Office building, the new addition to London's hospitality scene offers luxurious accommodation, as well as some top-notch restaurant options.

Having declared its intent to be a high-profile dining destination since the earliest planning stages, Raffles London delivered on the promise with an array of globally renowned chefs and internationally acclaimed dining brands. Below you'll find a quick rundown of where to eat and drink at the hotel – not all of the restaurants are launching on opening day, but expect most of them to be up and running within a few weeks.

RESTAURANTS

Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO – Three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco is the man in charge of the main dining offer at the hotel. This is his flagship restaurant here, serving his hyper-seasonal, locally sourced British haute cuisine with Mediterranean influences. A chef's table experience, Mauro's Table, is available as well.

Saison – The more laidback of Colagreco's venues, Saison is a traditional hotel restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lit by a historic glass ceiling and highlighting the chef's signature culinary style, it promises a memorable dining experience throughout the day.

The Drawing Room at Raffles London at The OWO – The hotel's elegant lounge serves snacks and drinks throughout the day, along with a delectable afternoon tea menu. It features a stunning fireplace, a grand piano, and plush furnishings for a sophisticated yet welcoming setting.

Pillar Kitchen – This café serves nourishing snacks, smoothies, juices, and other pick-me-ups, ideal for recharging after a visit to the hotel's spa and wellness facilities. Eat in and takeaway are both available.

Paper Moon London (opens 2 October) – The sophisticated Italian chain launched in 1977 and now boasts locations around the world, but this is its first UK branch. Paper Moon offers a luxurious dining experience, serving elegant takes on pasta, pizza, and other Italian classics.

Café Lapérouse London (opens 3 October) – Café Lapérouse is a Parisian fixture going back to the 18th century. Its first international outpost can be found in a specially designed pavilion in The OWO's courtyard, serving an all-day brasserie menu of French delicacies.

Endo at The OWO (opens in Winter 2023) – Those who've treated themselves to omakase at the Michelin-starred Endo at the Rotunda are already familiar with sushi master Endo Kazutoshi's delicate craft. His restaurant at The OWO complements the Japanese delicacies with panoramic rooftop views and a sake bar.

Langosteria London (opens in 2024) – Another renowned international dining brand, Langosteria comes to London from Milan, where it's a favourite of the city's fashionable crowds. The menu revolves around high-end Italian seafood such as pasta with blue lobster.
