Blacklock launch their festive special

Introducing the newest holiday treat, 'Christmas in a Bun,' debuting this week at all of the Blacklock restaurants, London's beloved chophouse. 

Crafted by Chef Damian from City, the winning entry in Blacklock's annual 'Battle of the Christmas Bun' competition, this unique burger features a Camembert-stuffed pork patty with pulled turkey in gravy, spiced cranberry ketchup, and crispy-smoked streaky bacon, all squished between a brioche bun. 

The carefully selected ingredients, including produce from the renowned Cornish butcher and grazier Philip Warren, a favourite of founder Gordon Ker, ensure a mouth-watering masterpiece that captures the finest festive flavours.
