Bangers to celebrate launch with 300 free breakfast baps

Bangers started out as a breakfast bun delivery service in East London, but the hype around its signature smashed sausage sandwiches meant a bricks-and-mortar site was just a matter of time.

Bangers founders Will Rhys and Will Mogoseanu

Their inaugural eatery is set to tantalise taste buds and cure hangovers in Shoreditch, with the cosy dine-in space serving all the banging Bangers classics. That means the original breakfast sandwich, loaded with free-range pork sausage, fried egg, Red Leicester cheese, and homemade sauce, alongside other hits like the B.E.C with maple bacon, and the plant-based veggie option, served on either a brioche bun or toasted English muffin.

There's more to Bangers than just sandwiches, too, as you'll be able to customise your meal with sides such as crispy hash browns, homemade baked beans, and speciality pots. They're introducing new items like breakfast smoothies, yoghurt pots, and vegan-friendly overnight oats as well, all complemented by a range of homemade sauces. You can wash it all down with Bloody Marys or barista coffee, and if you like what you eat, you'll be able to take an assortment of their products home, with the venue featuring a deli section stocked with Bangers' famous baked beans, sauces, bacon, and other artisanal products.

The new Bangers launches on Friday 19 April, and to celebrate the opening, they'll be giving away 100 free breakfast sandwiches each day throughout the weekend, until Sunday. It's first come, first served, so get down there sharpish – they open at 7.30am.
