An intimate and innovative omakase restaurant opens in January

When you want a luxury meal that really shows off a chef's creativity, you can't beat an omakase dining experience – it means “to leave things up to the chef” in Japanese. London is set to get a brand new omakase restaurant in January, offering an intimate and innovative experience to London's diners.

Juno is a new venture from Los Mochis, Notting Hill's trendy Mexican-Japanese fusion spot. The new eatery will be opening on the restaurant's ground floor, offering similarly creative food but in a more intimate setting. This is exclusive dining – Juno has only six seats and will offer two sittings per day, with food served at the handmade walnut wood counter in a low-lit and rustic setting.

Just like other omakase restaurants, Juno won't have a fixed menu. Instead, guests will be treated to 15 courses of innovative food. The twist is that these dishes are inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine but come with a colourful Mexican touch. Wine, sake, or agave spirit pairings will be offered for each course. This exciting new restaurant is set to open on 11th January.
