#BakeForUkraine: Treat yourself to help raise funds for victims of war

Over a year since starting, the war in Ukraine is still raging, with thousands dead or injured and millions more displaced as a result of the conflict. On Saturday, 4 March, some of the city's finest bakers will be again offering up their treats at a bake sale to raise fund for the victims.

Held at the Toklas restaurant in Covent Garden, the charity bake sale will feature delicious cakes and bakes by some of the most famous bakers in London, ranging from Michelin-starred eateries such as Brat and familiar names such as Bao and Ottolenghi, to newcomers such as Mriya Neo Bistro and Claridge's ArtSpace Café. Some will bring their signature delicacies, such as Mriya's Ukrainian Honey Cake, while others will come up with exclusive one-offs. Coffee, tea, juice, wine and beer will also be provided, along with premium Ukrainian vodka by Dima's Vodka.

Here are all the participating bakers:

The event will be hosted by Cook for Ukraine cofounders Clerkenwell Boy, Alissa Timoshkina and Olia Hercules. All of the profits will be donated to the Legacy of War Foundation, an international charity providing support to civilians affected by conflict.

The #BakeForUkraine bake sale will take place on Saturday, 4 March, from 10am to 1pm (or while stocks last).
