Strandhäxan Visby is a restaurant on Donners Plats, Visby on Gotland.

Sandhäxan öppnade 2019 i Vasastan i Stockholm och blev snabbt ett väldigt populärt ställe för smörgåsälskare. Under sommaren 2022 öppnade de en sommarfilial med namnet Strandhäxan vid Djurgårdsbron. Sommaren 2023 tar delägarna Mattias Svensson, Fredrik Sundberg, William Thoren och Erik ”Jerka” Johansson Strandhäxan till Gotland.
