Is very sharp when it comes to Vigårda. It is good, has a nice interior, a sustainable concept and is smooth when you want to eat something fast for a nice money. I also like the restaurant here on Avenyn!
But then, it's too reminiscent of the golden bow, the burgers are way too fried, the side dishes feel wasted and ruined (I mean they can cook with more finesse and love) and there's like nothing "more" going on... No complexity or surprises in terms of flavors, texture or sauces.
Ate their Bistro burger with cheese, truffle mayjo and bacon where it was kind of completely gooey and only with a small slice under the bread and haloumi salad that wasn't particularly boastful. However, their fries and Vigårda sauce are very nice together!
A bit of semi-skimmed milk but I still understand why it's popular... if it weren't for all the magical burgers I've eaten out there and have as a frame of reference, it would surely have landed on a 4. no, Vigårda needs everything to step up - which they have the potential for!

Perfectly ok burgers, but without any personal flair. It's a nicer fast food chain and ok, if you want to eat something fast without having any expectations.
