What a superhype this place was or is still in Gothenburg. Previously, popular JOS had started serving exotic acái bowls and attracted the majority of all bloggers and influences who needed Instagram-friendly material to flow.
At my visit it was smockfullt and when the room is very small we had both wait for a table and then crowded at the table, we had, however, expected. To begin with, it is very ulterior motive with everything that LE GBG delivers and it goes to understand why it has taken a jär Ngrepp as the hippest brunch hake in the city. With hindsight, I myself was one of those who had seen all the creepy pictures on the internet and who suktade after their sandwiches, pancakes, bowls and smoothies.
Minimalist interior But you get a feeling of being in a bathroom, guldbestick that creates an illusion of exclusivity and lamps that are carefully selected and placed for the perfect light to the pictures. The price is affordable but the menu in my opinion lacks breadth and variety. Maybe smart then each dish contains many elements and it would be both expensive and time consuming to keep track of everything with their accuracy. It also gives the impression that they put a lot of love into their specific dishes.
Over All I am not completely sold on the concept. It was a great place to be in the middle of the room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Apple gave a different fun taste experience and was a healthy flavor breaker to the fat salmon and avocado. The bread was fresh, thick and kept together well without being fantastic under the fresh cheese.
The bowl I ordered was to my great disappointment and pulled down the overall rating. It just tasted ice, like that stale as a freezer compartment can smell. I do not understand how to fail so brutally with a smoothie. At the top they also had a poor muesli and the only thing that tasted good was the strawberries. With bowls I am critical when I have eaten so many good and bad and when you pay 89KR expect in any case that it tastes what is on the menu.
For the next time I will try their pancakes that looked aaaaamazing out. On the return of LE GBG!

Mycket litet ställe, men vi fick plats på deras uteservering. Fräsch brunch. Jag testade deras acai-bowl. Den gjorde mig inte superimponerad, men deras avokadomacka med pocherat ägg kan jag verkligen rekommendera! Supergod.
